Zend 標準バリデーション の Zend_Validate_Float を入れたら、こんなエラーが出てました。
notice: Sorry, your PCRE extension does not support UTF8 which is needed for the I18N core in /usr/share/php_libs/ZendFramework-1.11.4-minimal/library/Zend/Locale/Format.php on line 505
理由は No Unicode properties support
解決方法は：
sudo yum install pcre
sudo /sbin/service httpd restart 再起動すれば、解決できるはずです。
最後：pcretest -C でみると
